We are currently looking for a KYC Operations Analyst to join Citi Solutions Center Poland. This is an entry-level role within the AML/KYC area, focused on supporting compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support Relationship Management and Compliance teams in preparing, reviewing, and approving electronic KYC records

Create and maintain KYC documentation using internal and external data sources (company websites, regulatory databases, etc.)

Update and track KYC records throughout the review and approval lifecycle

Validate Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents for accuracy and completeness

Ensure KYC records comply with local regulations and Global Business Support Unit (BSU) standards

Report workflow progress and potential issues to supervisors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Fluency in English

Fluency in Arabic or French

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Previous experience in AML/KYC, compliance, risk, or customer service is an advantage

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
