Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Agent with French to provide high-quality technical support to end users. In this role, you will be responsible for handling IT issues, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line end-user IT support

Handle, analyze, and escalate technical issues when required

Deliver IT services in line with internal standards and procedures

Install, configure, and set up IT systems and workstations

Support users with MS Windows and Office 365-related issues

Work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in an IT Support / Helpdesk role

Practical knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Good multitasking and time management skills

English at B2 level

French at C1 level

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 administration
