Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues professionally via phone, chat, and email
Provide clear explanations regarding complaints and account-related matters
Monitor financial markets and stay informed about market developments
Update and verify client data in the CRM system
Collaborate with international XTB branches and internal departments
Requirements
Fluent French (native or C1/C2 level)
English proficiency at minimum B2 level
Availability to work in a rotational shift system (between 8:45 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Office tools
Nice to Have
Previous experience in customer service
Basic knowledge of financial markets and understanding of XTB’s business model
