Role Overview

As a 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst fluent in French and English, you will deliver top-tier IT support to BFS employees and customers. Your work will focus on Incident Management and Service Request Fulfilment, ensuring timely, effective resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Log, manage, and resolve all Incidents and Service Requests according to agreed procedures and SLAs

Use the knowledge base to perform basic troubleshooting and resolve issues where possible

Escalate complex incidents to 2nd and 3rd Line Teams when required

Communicate regularly and clearly with end-users about ticket status

Manage tickets raised with 3rd party vendors or resolver groups

Assist in maintaining the knowledge base, including resolutions and work instructions for common issues

Apply IT security principles to protect BFS from unauthorized access or fraudulent requests

Continuously build technical knowledge and adapt to new services and procedures

Requirements

Experience in an IT support environment

Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner

Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange

Basic understanding of desktop/laptop support and Active Directory

Logical thinking and ability to follow technical procedures

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Desire to learn about IT systems and environment

Fluent in French, English, and Polish (written and spoken)
