Your Role
As a Financial Risk Specialist, you will play a key role in redefining how leading banks approach risk and regulatory compliance. You will contribute to high-impact transformation projects, working alongside industry leaders and senior stakeholders.
Your work will directly influence risk strategies, regulatory frameworks, and decision-making processes within top-tier financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to collaborative projects with major banking clients, simplifying processes and ensuring regulatory compliance
Design and deliver risk and compliance initiatives that support Capgemini Invent’s growth and client value creation
Identify, analyze, and resolve challenges impacting project delivery
Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to exceed project objectives
Collaborate within cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in business performance
Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and support strategic decision-making for senior banking stakeholders
Support and drive the implementation of Basel IV standards, strengthening risk management frameworks and regulatory readiness
Your Profile
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
Experience in Structured Financing, with a strong understanding of product lifecycles and negotiation processes
Ability to build strong relationships with front-office stakeholders
Strong skills in data organization, analysis, and executive-level presentations
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, including during regulatory investigations
Experience analyzing credit memos and understanding broader business contexts
